How can I obtain the invoice for my purchase?

Do you have a guarantee?
All new products purchased on the iFi Audio México portal have a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
 
Open Box products have a 270-day warranty against factory defects.
 
We do not offer exchanges or returns for reasons of satisfaction.
How can I validate my warranty?
Any product purchased in Mexican territory through the ifi-audio portal.commx has a 12 calendar month warranty from the purchase of the product.

If you are experiencing a failure with your product, you can send us an email to soporte@ifi-audio.com.mx, where you must attach the following:

Do you have physical stores in Mexico?
We do not have physical stores anywhere in the Republic, everything is purchased online through the https://ifi-audio.com.mx portal.
Is there anyone else in Mexico who sells these products?
No, we are the only official distributor in Mexico. Our accounts on Amazon and Mercado Libre appear under the name "Mub MX".
I need an iFi Audio item but I don't see it in stock on the portal.
If you need a product and it does not exist on our portal, you can send us an email to the address pedidos@ifi-audio.com.mx with your request, any product that is "On Order" or is out of stock may be required in this way, our team will guide you on delivery times and payment methods.
I saw that the product had a lower price the day before, can you make an exception or a discount so that I can purchase it today?
In no way can discounts be activated that have expired or discounts made on products once the promotions have ended, our executives do not have these powers.
Is there a way to pay my order in cash somewhere in my city?
Yes, when making your purchase Mercado Pago offers you options in both banks and convenience stores, being able to choose from the list the one that is most convenient to make the payment in cash.
I didn't write my House/Apartment/Interior Number, what will happen to my order?

If you did not purchase your product through our ifi-audio portal.commx, you must contact your seller to validate your warranty, since this product would not have coverage by our technical service in Mexican territory.

What do I do if my product does not work or is not detected on the devices where I connect it?

What is the difference between a new item and an Open Box item?
As such, our Open Box products were opened in order to review manufacturing batches, as well as demonstration products that are perfectly functional and that is why they have a more affordable price, they have the same quality than a new one and with a guarantee of 270 calendar days from the date of purchase. A new product has never been opened after leaving the factory.
Do iFi Audio products work on Android?
All our DACs are compatible with Android, starting from version 4.1 onwards, in addition, the device must have USB Host mode and have the Android 2 accessory opening protocol.
Do iFi Audio products work on Mac/IOs?

Could iFi products be used in my car audio?
Of course, you just have to take into account the needs of the equipment you want to purchase, as well as the functionalities of your car stereo if you want to use it in conjunction with our equipment.

With Zen Stream, can I play music on a speaker via Wifi?
No, this product is a Streamer designed to connect to playback applications, it does not have an integrated DAC, it has USB outputs to connect a DAC and thus be able to convert the digital signal to analog, such as this one Streamer only receives the data, it does not transmit to any device.
The color of the DAC when playing a track is not the color I expect or what is indicated in the manual.

I want to play wirelessly, what is the difference between Bluetooth and Wifi?
Mainly speaking of quality, most Bluetooth devices are not capable of transmitting or receiving the size of high quality files, WiFi offers faster connections and more bandwidth, although both can be used in order to send and play music, Bluetooth will never reach the speed and therefore the quality of Wi-Fi, in addition to the fact that the range of coverage with Wi-Fi is greater as it can be played from practically anywhere, which is why it is always more recommended play over Wifi, plus you won't have notification interruptions typical of mobile devices, it will just be you and your music.
On a Zen CAN, can the RCA inputs be used to connect other types of devices other than a DAC?
That's right, the CAN works as an amplifier for whatever you connect to it, although it is designed to amplify the signal of a DAC / Phono, since the signal is cleaner.
I travel constantly and have a portable battery, can I power my iFi Audio product with my portable battery or do I have to be connected directly to the electrical current?
Most iFi products require 5V power and can be powered by a portable battery.
